It may not look like a Ford, but it is every inch a Ford. No, let's rephrase. It was every inch a Ford until MegaRexx said otherwise. This insanity right here used to be an F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab Long Wheelbase XLT 4x4. Now it is anything but that.
The 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab Long Wheelbase XLT 4x4 is quite a capable machinery when it rolls off the assembly line. It is 264.4 inches (6,715 centimeters) long and weighs over 8,500 lbs (3,855 kilograms). It takes a monstrous engine to pull that almost 4-ton monstrous truck, and the 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 can complete that mission, throwing in 475 horsepower (482 PS) and 1,050 lb-ft (1,400 Nm) of torque.

The engine is mated to a ten-speed automatic and to a 4x4 system. MegaRexx claims that this vehicle can tow up to 20,000 lbs (11,340 kilograms).

Not much of the stock version survived once the North Carolina-based customizing experts got their hands on the truck. Now, this MegaRexx SVN Custom looks like it eats crossovers for breakfast and dwarfs any SUV out there. It can sit up to ten passengers and looks like a luxury high-ride bus. And it is happening because the experts stretched that wheelbase as much as they could and a few inches more.

They came up with a MegaRexx SVN Custom widebody, added a hand-built aluminum roof on the bed, put on tinted side windows, and increased ground clearance to enhance off-road credentials.

The former pick-up truck is now a ten-seat, four-row contraption (MegaRexx calls it 'SUV'), with the third row sporting bucket seats and the fourth having three folding seats from the Ford Expedition Max.

A diesel-powered air heater has been installed on board to provide enough heating for all the extra space. There is also an 8-inch SYNC 3 infotainment system on board with FordPass Connect and ambient lighting. The ADAS systems that Ford equips models in their portfolio have kept their ground. And that is because, when driving such a monster, you surely need all the help you can get: blind-spot monitoring, cross-traffic alert, reverse camera, and sensors included.

The MegaRexx SVN rides on 20-inch aluminum wheels in 46” x 15.5” Michelin XZL truck tires. A 4.5-inch Carli full-progressive coil spring at the front, Carli full-progressive leaf springs at the rear, Carli Fox Back Country 2.0 reservoir shocks, and dual steering stabilizers are all on the menu to handle the extra everything.

Ford does build a three-row Expedition Max SUV that sits up to eight people. But in terms of intimidation, that one does not even come close to Mega Mexx’s creation. Whoever wants to drive the giant home must pay $195,000. Just keep in mind: it is not your regular off-roader, so it might not fit your regular garage.
