This company was established in 1989 by Iranian tuner Kourosh Mansory and over the decades, it has grown into a place of decadence and opulence. Ehm, sorry, I mean expert aftermarket craftsmanship and bespoke personalization. Kidding aside, you really need a healthy stomach to get over some of their creations.
However, in the continuous strive to stand out in all crowds, some people do not care they might become superstars in the wrong ones – and so the reputation of Mansory precedes it as a place where everything is possible, including horrible transformations. By the way, did you know they also dabble with unrelated stuff, such as lawnmowers?
Anyway, over the years, Mansory's reputation has grown so big and wide (along with its ego, of course) they are modifying everything, from jet skis to the exotic Bugatti Chiron. And they're not at it recently, as we have seen the tasteful (or tasteless, depending on your POV) morphing as far back as the 2019 Geneva Motor Show – where it hid under the new name of 'Mansory Centuria.'
Since then, Mansory has kept taunting us with different specifications of the Centuria transformation – which includes work done on everything, from new wheels, breaks, and tires to a complete aerodynamic body kit plus lots of forged carbon fiber elements to make sure it can "take the already exceptional Bugatti Chiron and elevate it to unparalleled levels of exclusivity and sophistication."
Just recently, the company's social media page boasted yet another Bugatti Chiron transformation – a far more delicate one, this time. As such, the dark gray body is contrasted by plentiful of forged carbon fiber trim pieces, and the humongous brake calipers give us dreams of light blue whispers to link up with the complete interior transformation in what looks like Alcantara over light blue upholstery.
Unfortunately, this time around, we are not so sure we are dealing with a Mansory Centuria because the company doesn't identify the creation as such – not even in the hashtags. However, all details are the same – from the styling of the new aftermarket wheels to cross-stitched interior treatment and from the arrangement of the forged carbon fiber body elements to the aerodynamic bits and pieces. So, what gives?
Oh well, it's not like anyone will fail to miss this creation as a proper Mansory. Besides, the company also doesn't mind frying smaller supercar fish like the Maserati MC20, which recently underwent a one-of-one transformation with all body elements in forged carbon fiber or satin matte black.
It also features a complete rework of the yellow-shaded cockpit, new aftermarket wheels dubbed FV.5, plus a power increase to 720 hp. As such, the feisty Italian coupe now boasts credentials like a zero to 62 mph (100 kph) sprint time of 2.7 seconds and a top speed of 205 mph (330 kph). So, which one is your favorite?
