Lifted Jeep Wrangler Thinks It’s a Monster Truck

Admit it, at some point we’ve all wished that we had the ability to drive over the hordes of cars parked in front of us… either in a parking lot or traffic jam. And that’s probably right after the desire to launch over a trailer parked on the side of the road. Despite both being dangerous and destructive and neither being very practical, years of watching the A-Team has ingrained us with these urges.
If idle time is the devil’s playground, working at a body shop and owning a Jeep Wrangler must be Satan’s version of an amusement park. The temptation for this Jeep owner to harness his inner monster truck driver was too strong, and the ensuing destruction was all caught on film.

Sadly, most of the cars at your local monster truck show were destined for the scrap heap, most of these cars seem to be in fairly good shape. Sure, the Porsche 944 and BMW 318ti are already in pretty rough shape, but there’s seemingly no reason that the classic Mercedes cars toward the end of the line deserve to have their roofs crushed in. In all, 10 cars sacrificed their sheet metal and glass for this 55-second video.

We’d be interested to learn why some of these cars were crushed, but regardless of the reason, it is still pretty impressive what this fairly stock-looking YJ Wrangler is able to accomplish

If you’re a fan of European cars, this video is probably more painful than anything that ever came out of the Cash For Clunkers era, but the brand (and quality) of the cars aside, we’re pretty sure that most of us have wanted to try something like this. Either way, it’s on YouTube, which is posted below, for you to enjoy or to grimace in pain over.
