Before you guys go all judgmental on us, we’ll remind you that David Hasselhoff was a singer before everybody would associate him with Michael Knight alias the Knight Rider. Whether it’s some sort of a mid-life crisis or The Hoff is simply having fun we haven’t yet figured out, but we’re pretty sure you’ll find this video hilarious.
At first, we thought “why would The Hoff have a Lamborghini Countach” in his video, but shortly after we realized we’re looking at a Miami Vice-Baywatch-Dance Music type of feeling. Hasselhoff himself is in a pretty good shape, might we add, considering the 62-year-old actor is not really in his 20s anymore.

Since the music video is there to back up the Kickstarter-produced “Kung Fury”, it also features some of the action comedy's gigs. The cop-turned-into-villains hunter, bad guys always losing against Kung Fu vigilante, Nazis and whatnot, all are wrapped in an 80s style action packed adventure.

The movie is still being shot and was funded mainly through the Kickstarter campaign. Additional filming and lots of visual effects remain to be done. Kung Fury will be around 30 minutes long and released for free on the internet.

There’s one more thing. The Hoff is one of the veterans at the Gumball 3000 rally. Last year he drove his custom Nissan GT-R wrapped with some of KITT’s features, and the year before that he had an Audi R8 Coupe. Since he had everybody excited with his new video and considering the song will be the so-called soundtrack, we’re wondering if Hasselhoff will be driving the white Countach this year.
