The 2016 London supercar spotting season is now at its peak and owners who want their velocity machines to get camera attention have done everything they could to achieve this goal.
Case in point with the Ferrari 488 GTB in the images below, which has gone for an overly extrovert wrap. Since the 458's successor has only been on the streets for a few months now, you would expect a "normal" 488 to be enough of an attention magnet.
And while you'd probably be right, the owner of the Prancing Horse seen here has turned to the wrap side of the industry for an approach that mixes two strong aromas: the chrome take and a shade of purple that simply can't be ignored.
The resulting second skin job mixes the mirror-finish Purple with Gloss Black, which is used for the upper section of the supercar, as well as for the side skirts, side air intake middle elements, door mirrors, as well as for the wheels of the speeding animal.
Even in the relatively soft street light seen here, this Prancing Horse draws attention like a magnet and we'll have to thank Autogespot for the pics.
While we're talking Purple Fezzas, we'll remind you such a machine can also be obtained by turning to the Ferrari Tailor Made department, obviously minus the chrome part of the job.
The example that comes to illustrates this is a mighty one, as it has to do with nothing less than a LaFerrari. After the eye-catching halo car was spotted testing around the Maranello factory, the car was also caught on camera after reaching its owner, a Malaysian price.
It's probably safe to say that the kind of Ferrari attires we see in renderings today (here are some LaFerrari Aperta examples for you) will show up on street tomorrow.
