When you think about the British Royalty and transportation, the first vehicles that come to mind are luxurious, long sedans. However, it seems that The Queen and the The Duke of Edinburgh are boosting their image, with a switch to vehicles that are much more interesting.
The two recently visited East Surrey College’s new campus, where Caterham showcased its famous Seven model. The Royal tour included a viewing of the College’s engineering bays, where the Caterham was located.
“Caterham has always been about experiencing cars, not just looking at them, and this is the same philosophy present at East Surrey College. Students can really ignite their passion and skills for motoring with these new state-of-the-art facilities and we feel honoured to have been asked to be part of such a prestigious launch,” said Andy Noble, Sales & Marketing Manager at Caterham Cars.
