As a fresh team member of Germany’s most successful soccer club Bayern Munchen, it definitely seems like the Polish striker couldn’t care less of his auto assets. Even though the 26-year old sportsman has the advantage of driving a sponsored car, Lewandowski is rather a fan of the exotic sportscars, as he was recently seen driving a red Ferrari F12berlinetta.
He got a brand new Audi RS7 as part of the team’s sponsorship, but most of the times he feels like taking a proper ride people see him at the wheel of a Ferrari F12berlinetta. After all, this soccer star can totally afford it.
After being the top scorer in the third and second tiers of Polish football with Znicz Pruszkow, he moved to top-flight Lech Poznan team and was the top scorer in the league as they won the 2009-10 Ekstraklasa, the highest football league of Poland. That was also the moment the big European clubs would offer him new contracts.
With that kind of money it’s no wonder Lewandowski wants people to know he pays for his own cars.
This kind of reminds us of yet another weird case that could easily piss anybody off. Apparently, Manchester United’s stars couldn’t care less about the team's assets, with the footballers simply ignoring the free Corvettes coming from the team’s auto sponsor, Chevrolet. They instead prefered driving their luxurious cars.

Good player, good money
In 2010, he transferred to Borussia Dortmund for a reported EUR4,5 million ($5,6 million), where he won honors including two consecutive Bundesliga titles. However, before the start of this year’s season, he moved to their rivals, Bayern Munchen, with reported contract that resulted in a EUR10 million ($12,4 million) paycheck for him. With that kind of money it’s no wonder Lewandowski wants people to know he pays for his own cars.
Soccer players are better than sponsor cars
It’s still kind of strange that these football celebrities would refuse driving cars they get for free, while we stand here dreaming to walk in their shoes. This kind of reminds us of yet another weird case that could easily piss anybody off.
