Buick unveiled the Enclave three-row SUV, which is set to start deliveries later this summer as a 2025 model. The third-generation Enclave adopts the new design language previewed by the Wildcat EV concept and will feature a new four-cylinder turbo engine. Larger inside and out, the all-new Enclave features an upgraded technology package, including the hands-free Super Cruise driver assistance package.
Buick launched the third generation of its flagship SUV Enclave, featuring the new design ethos that started with the Wildcat EV concept in 2022. The launch of the all-new Enclave marks the complete overhaul of Buick's ICE lineup, which has been often criticized for not keeping up with the times. The new model will feature a new turbo engine and a technology package that will put it again at the forefront of the GM's lineup.

The new model is longer, wider, and taller than the second-generation Enclave, allowing Buick to offer more comfort and safety. Everything is new, starting with the updated grille, front fascia, and the Tri-Shield badging. The Buick Enclave shares the mechanical bits with the Chevrolet Traverse and the GMC Acadia, which were both updated last year. It is arguably the most luxurious of the trio, although just shy of the Cadillac full-on luxury.

The all-new Enclave debuts a floating center console in the cabin with a 30-inch ultra-wide display, which Buick claims is the largest in its class. The infotainment system is powered by Google's Android Automotive, allowing access to native Android apps and most vehicle functions. Using the touchscreen or Google Assistant, drivers can reply to messages, get directions through Google Maps, and control select functions. Buick Enclave also features wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, functions that owners of GM electric vehicles will miss.

The 2025 Enclave is the first Buick to feature Super Cruise, GM's advanced driver assistance system (ADAS). Buick describes Super Cruise as a "truly hands-free system" that will work on about 750,000 miles of roads through 2025. The ADAS package includes Driver Attention Assist and Enhanced Automatic Park Assist. The Avenir top trim also includes a rear camera mirror as part of the available Super Cruise package.

All Enclave trims come standard with a new 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 328 horsepower and 326 lb-ft (442 Nm) of torque. This engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, with front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive variants available to order. The Enclave is trailering-capable with a maximum capability of up to 5,000 lbs. (2,268 kg).

The 2025 Buick Enclave will be offered with three trims: Preferred, Sport Touring, and Avenir. Standard equipment includes ambient lighting, auto-sense power liftgate, and front heated seats with four-way lumbar support. Sport Touring adds unique badging and decorations, while the Avenir top trim offers a comprehensive comfort and performance package.

This includes adaptive dampers, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats with a massaging feature, and heated second-row outboard seats. As part of the Power Package, the Enclave Avenir also comes with a Head-Up Display, one-touch folding second-row seats, and power-folding third-row seats. The order books will open later this summer, with deliveries planned to start from Lansing Delta Township Assembly in Michigan at about the same time.
