Italian manufacturer Alfa Romeo announced today it will launch a new range of service plans for Alfa Romeo vehicles in the UK. The new service plan includes all parts and labor costs associated with vehicle servicing.
Basically, the new service plans allows the customer to make monthly payments for the work done on their Alfa. The scheme allows for the fees to be spread out over a fixed term in monthly, interest-free payments.
According to Alfa, the scheme is flexible and costs depend on how many services are required and the customer’s anticipated annual mileage.
For instance, an Alfa MiTo powered by a diesel engine and equipped with air conditioning will cost £15 a month for a a three year, 31,500-mile plan.
“This is an excellent way to look after your Alfa the way you want it looked after, and without having to find the full cost of the service each time you book it in,” Rob Calver, Fiat Group Automobiles UK parts and services director said when announcing the scheme.
“The simple monthly payments make the scheme easier to budget for, providing peace of mind to our customers in a very convenient way. Additionally, a car with a fully stamped service history commands a higher price at the time of resale.”
The schemes will also be available for low mileage users and for vehicles older than three years. Additionally, a courtesy car or local collection/delivery service, free wash and vacuum, as well as 10 per cent off on Alfa Romeo accessories are also being offered in the package. The offers are available for Fiat models as well.
