A beautiful king loft bedroom and a well-equipped bathroom are just two of this tiny home's highlights. Massive storage meets true comfort inside this compact house on wheels that embodies the relaxed, dreamy spirit of a timeless coastal lifestyle.
Some tiny homes favor elegance and style instead of functionality, and others try to include as many smart solutions and design hacks as possible without paying too much attention to décor. The Nash offers a balanced compromise and does a good job of blending remarkable functionality for its size category with the memorable elegance of a true coastal-style home. Tiny but mighty, the Nash is surprisingly comfortable and well-equipped for a 20-foot (six-meter) mobile home.

It's a two-bedroom home that can accommodate at least three people comfortably. While similar designs might keep the smaller loft as a storage area, the Nash Tiny used both lofts to offer cozy accommodation. The smaller bedroom is truly minimalistic, with just enough space for a comfy bed, strategically sitting between two windows for more natural light and a sense of connection to the outside. A simple light fixture and a basic metal railing for safety are the only additions to this small but inviting room.

The bigger loft is much more generous in terms of storage. While big enough to fit a sumptuous king-sized bed, it still elegantly includes a large dresser and separate shelves for easy-to-reach storage. Plus, it's easier to access than the smaller room via a custom-designed staircase that combines a ladder-like section with a couple of wide steps that come with integrated storage. There's also a handrail for support, similar to the loft safety railing. The smaller bedroom is accessed via a simple ladder, which helps save precious floor space because it can be easily stored away when not in use.

Having no staircase for the smaller bedroom meant there was enough room downstairs to create a lovely area for relaxation, socializing, and dining. Instead of a larger sofa, the Nash Tiny reveals a more functional setup that adds discrete storage while elevating the overall style at the same time.

A beautiful custom-built bookcase instantly makes this lounge more elegant and cozy in a traditional way. Two large windows keep this intimate oasis bathed in natural light, with the main door having the same luminosity-boosting effect. This isn't the kind of contemporary indoor/outdoor tiny home that seems to merge with its natural surroundings, but it still creates the illusion of a wider space.

You can't expect to find a full-blown dining area in a 20-foot dwelling. Still, the Nash Tiny squeezed an adorable dining spot between the kitchen and the lounge. It's a folding table made of Hickory wood that takes up virtually no space at all. This could just as well be a compact work area on the go. It's the type of multi-purpose amenity that works great in small spaces.

The Nash's kitchen is as tiny as you would expect but remarkably well-appointed in terms of storage. The gorgeous custom cabinets, including overhead cupboards right above the mini-fridge, are complemented by a full-height storage area with floating shelves.

The open structure is what makes it so ingenious because, unlike a classic closet, it creates a sense of openness while providing massive storage and keeping the kitchen clutter-free. In other words, this tiny cooking/dining area isn't overwhelmed by cabinets and drawers; it looks airy and bright even though it could match bigger kitchens in terms of storage capacity. Apart from the mini-fridge, the kitchen comes with a four-burner propane cooktop.

Behind a rustic-style barn door facing the kitchen countertop, the bathroom reveals additional storage in the form of classic floating shelves. There isn't room for much else except for a standard toilet and a fiberglass shower, which also keeps this bathroom from becoming too cluttered.

The Nash could have easily embraced the Scandinavian-inspired minimalism that is such a perfect match for small dwellings. Instead, it added a pop of color, deeper contrasts, and richer textures, all reminiscent of classic coastal-style homes.

Although adding dark-toned furniture to such a small space might seem risky, it worked out. The wood items in dark tones and the teal blue cabinets look beautiful against the all-white walls with black fittings as accents. Even without a lot of furniture, this tiny home interior looks extra-cozy, elegant, and even luxurious.

The Nash Tiny is a beautiful version of the Mohican design by Modern Tiny Living, a compact layout that maximizes functionality without neglecting style. Either as a starter home or a vacation home, this 20-footer has everything it takes for long-term comfort. Far from the simplistic layouts of other homes in this size category, the Nash uses its floor space wisely to add functionality where it's needed while maintaining a modern sense of openness and airiness.
