You're probably sick and tired of the endless videos covering the Bugatti Chiron. However, this ain't your typical clip that focuses on the sheer performance of the Molsheim brand's hypercar, as it's actually a relaxed driving filmed from the driver's perspective; well, as relaxed as it may be in a 1,500-horsepower beast.
Filmed in the stunning Oberalp Pass in the Swiss Alps, the red multi-million dollar machine was driven up the mountain, teleporting the person holding the wheel from one corner to the other and overtaking a normal car at one point with one gentle push of the throttle. You're going to want to turn the volume up before hitting the play button, as the entire clip, which is almost five minutes long, is sprinkled with the sweet sound of the turbochargers.

In case you forgot, four of them assist the 8.0-liter W16 engine and boost its power to new levels. The 1,500 horsepower mentioned above is metric, translating to 1,479 brake horsepower or 1,103 kilowatts. The 0 to 60 miles per hour (0-97 kph) sprint is dealt with about as fast as it takes you to say its name out loud. There aren't many places on our planet where you can safely and legally experience its top speed, and you will face a lot of criticism if you decide to do it on a no-speed-limit section of the German Autobahn.

Unveiled in time for the 2018 Geneva Motor Show, the Bugatti Chiron Sport is an 18-kilogram (40-pound) lighter and slightly quicker variant of the normal Chiron, though the average Joe won't notice the difference between it and the regular one. It sports (pun intended) several appliques made of carbon fiber on the outside and rides on different wheels that are on the light side. The suspension is firmer, it has an optimized rear-axle differential and tweaked dynamic torque vectoring. According to the company, these made it five seconds faster than the base Chiron at the Nardo test track.

Exterior color options included the Italian Red, Gris Rafale, French Racing Blue, and Gun Powder, and they were joined by the Sport-badged entry sills, Chiron Sport logo on the center console, and anodized black look for the marketing plate, engine start button, and drive mode selector. Just like every other version of the Chiron and its derivatives, the Sport is a true work of art on wheels. Back when Bugatti still had it on sale, it was priced at €2.65 million (equal to $2.9 million) in Europe, before tax. In the United States, it was available from $3.26 million, including tax, transport and customs duties, and other fees. But we talked the talk, now we'd better walk the walk. So, without further ado, you know what to do next, don't you?
