The Ford Fusion, or Mondeo as will come to be known in Europe, is a quite a good-looking car, with a lot of sporting potential. The manufacturer has brought several examples to the SEMA show, this year, one of which being the Tjin Edition, which aims to be a balanced offering, giving the standard car more performance, without having to completely sacrifice comfort.
It was put together by Unique Fabrication and Vibrant, and the two teams have given it a turbo upgrade kit, along with a larger intercooler, mounted up front, as well as a custom exhaust system by Magnaflow. It sits on lowered suspension, which makes the 21-inch iForged Concave wheels, finished in black and brown, look even bigger than they actually are - we say it’s all the better for it.
However, the most striking aspect about this particular Fusion is the beige paint finish, which you either like or you don’t, but we say it is an interesting choice, to say the least. Inside, the interior gets different trim pieces, and it has been fully outfitted with materials from the Katzkin brand, which specializes custom leather interiors.
