Japanese automaker Honda has shown a fill hand for the Geneva Motor Show that’s coming next month, as they’ve announced they will be bringing not only a whole bunch of exciting concepts, but also one of the most important models for the European lineup.
We are of course talking about the CR-V crossover, that will be shown in prototype form only. Honda calls it a prototype because it won’t have the full interior and it will sport some bigger wheels, but other than that, we’re going to see the CR-V as it will look on European roads when it goes on sale in this Autumn.
Yes, the 2012 CR-V has already been revealed as a US model last year, but the European version will be a bit different. As this spyshot proves, it’s got a different bumper that’s more car-like. The only other major difference from the US model we expect is in the moldings and the availability of the 2.2-liter diesel engine.
