In 2011, the Italian motorcycle manufacturer launched the Moto Guzzi Stelvio 1200 NTX, a more touring-oriented version of the base mode, packing several accessories that enhanced its touring capabilities.

The bike came with standard features, such as Automatic Traction Control, Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), side-mounted aluminum panniers, hand guards, and adjustable elements, including the seat, handlebar, clutch lever, and foot pegs.

Like the 2011 base model, the 2011 NTX version was fitted with several new elements, including a new headlight fairing, a new 32-liter fuel tank, a new windscreen, customized side panniers, and a new revised seat.

In the performance department, the 2011 Moto Guzzi Stelvio 1200 NTX had its heartbeat set by a 1,151cc four-stroke air-cooled V-twin engine that delivered an output power of 105 hp with a peak force at 7,250 rpm and 113 Nm (83 lb-ft) torque at 5,800 rpm.

The engine was paired to a six-speed gearbox with a single-disc manual clutch and an anti-vibration buffer, delivering the power produced by the engine to the rear end through a shaft drive.

A 45 mm inverted fully adjustable telescopic fork and two 320 mm discs with four-piston calipers handled the bike's front end, while the rear end was driven by an adjustable single shock and a 282 mm disc tied to a dual-piston caliper, offering excellent suspension performance and stopping power.
