For riders who want an agile off-road machine, the engineers from Husqvarna have launched the 2004 MY WR 250. It comes with a liquid-cooled, two-stroke, 249cc, single cylinder engine paired to a six-speed manual transmission. It tips the scale at only 103 kg, which means it can compete with most 125cc class off-roaders, with the added bonus of more power from the 249cc engine. In addition, it has a Brembo braking system, which increases rider safety and performance on the course.
