The Swedish engineers from Husqvarna have brought the 450R to the next level of performance, in the embodiment of the 2009 MY Husqvarna SM 450 R. They have replaced the old-school carburetor with a modern, Mikuni D42 electronic injection system, which not only boosts its performance, but also makes for a more environment-friendly machine.
It can tackle both paved and unpaved roads, as well as a wide variety of dirt tracks, thanks to its high-end suspension package and the performance-oriented Brembo braking system, as well as the wire-spoked wheels which come as standard.
