Spyshots: Renault Latitude / Samsung SM5 Facelift
The Korean car was quickly transformed into rebadged models, as in August 2010 it was revealed at the Moscow International Motor Show as a European model. It’s also sold in the Gulf States and Mexico as the Renault Safrane.
Considered by Renault to be the replacement for the Vel Satis people mover, the Latitude and its Korean brother are getting a facelift. Renault is changing the way all its models look in line with the Clio’s design language.
Even though sales of the Latitude only began in early 2011 across Europe, the whole front end appears to be changed on this prototype spotted testing in Spain. But since the changes are purely cosmetic - a bumper an some headlights - the facelift should be revealed at the Paris Motor Show later this year.
