Remember when Toyota was tweeting the building process of a Toyota Auris in Burnaston, Derbyshire? Well, the project has ended an you can see it whole in one place.
Building a vehicle from ground up is a very complicate process, but thanks to the ingenious assembly line and skillful workers at the Toyota plant, the process is reduced to a few hours.

From huge presses that molds the body panels and chassis, to welding them, painting, engine and drivetrain fitting, to installing all the electronics and interior features, every process is well determined and each worker knows exactly what it needs to be done. Actually, if either one of them spots something wrong, he/she can stop the assembly line that puts out an Auris every 66 seconds.

All the processes, from the first steel sheet to the car ready for shipment, are structured in specific steps and put on a timescale, with descriptions and videos which you can see on Toyota UK Official Blog here.
