An all-original ’67 Chevrolet Camaro that hasn’t received any modifications, upgrades, or restoration work is the dream on every car enthusiast out there, but it goes without saying this is a super-hard find after all these years.
And yet, someone claims they have one, and what’s more, you can be the next to own this very rare Camaro.
The car, which the owner says “should be in a museum," is not only unrestored and all-original, but also comes with a low mileage. It has just 33,000 miles (53,108 km) on the clock, according to the eBay listing.
eBay seller summit1991 guarantees you won’t find any rust or faded paint on this Camaro, as the car has been carefully stored in a cool dry place with no mice.
The Camaro has been parked since 1988 and still comes with the original wheels.
“I did not want to wash or off the engine as the paper stickers are original and did not want to damage them, fog lights will be taken off before shipment,” the seller says.
The car is powered by the 327ci (5.4-liter) V8 engine that’s paired to an automatic transmission.
“It has the ‘L’ code on the trim plate, 327 two barrel, auto trans-power glide-column shift, black bench/bucket with fold down center armrest, fold down rear seat, a speaker panel has been installed where the back seat is, did not drill or damage, seat folds up correctly-can be easily removed,” the owner explains.
Needless to say, this isn’t the most affordable Camaro but it’s not the most expensive either. The owner says they’re ready to sell it for $25,000 since it “is like a new car.” It remains to be seen if anyone is willing to pay this price for the very rare Camaro, but the seller says the car was super-successful on eBay in the past (but had to be removed before the owner no longer found the pink slip).
