Not a week goes by without Rockstar pumping new content into their darling, Grand Theft Auto Online. Recently there has been quite the commotion with new ways to play, fresh missions, and characters, but this time, we're talking plain ol' Armored Trucks. There's no need for any further explanation. But there's more to this new update than robbing armored vehicles in San Andreas.
While running around in Freemode, probably everyone's favorite game mode, you will spot Armored Trucks making their rounds. After you stop them in mid-traffic and start looting, watch your back because the police will be on you faster than flies on honey. But after a job well done, you'll be much more prosperous, with twice the GTA$ rate in your bank account.
If you're a Re-Volt or Hot Wheels Unleashed fan, then you'll also like Tiny Racers in GTA Online for the next week. Participating in this event gives you a bird's eye view of things while racing for your life. That's quite literally because if you fall too far behind, you and your tiny engine that could blow sky-high. However, survive, and you get three times the GTA$ and RP.
Running Back Adversary Mode is also available, where a single runner behind the wheel of a teeny-tiny Panto compact car has to dash to the end zone before the clock runs out. It's basically an NFL play but in pint-sized cars. Double Rewards await anyone crossing over the end zone.
If this isn't your thing, don't miss out on the Issi Classic and Special Vehicle Races. To top it all off, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S players are getting a premium test ride, the Grotti Turismo Classic, heavily inspired by the famous Ferrari F40. You can test it out in this week's HSW Time Trial.
