For the sake of diversity, Mercedes-AMG are not the only ones that like to focus on performance and turn stock cars into race-track monsters, like they did with the AMG GT3. Brabus are keeping up the pace ahead of Geneva 2015, with their pumped-up smart fortwo.
Since any comparison between the frightening Mercedes-AMG GT3 and a smart fortwo is not to be made in this universe, even if smart’s city car gets a tune-up from Brabus, we’ll just focus on the latter.

So, it seems we’re looking at the first pictures showing the 2015 fortwo Brabus, ahead of its official debut on the Swiss automotive catwalk in Geneva. As with any respectable teaser-pictures (if that’s what they’re meant to be), we don’t get to see much except for a redesigned rear bumper, some new side skirts and a dual exhaust system with center-mounted pipes.

Moving on to Twingo smart’s cabin, we discover two-tone leather seats with the traditional contrasting stitching, while the “Brabus” badge has been stamped on the sill plates and floor mats.

Don’t get too excited about the smart fortwo Brabus’ specs, because nothing is being disclosed by the tuner at this moment, but there are rumors implying that a turbocharged 0.9-liter three-cylinder engine delivering 120 HP might show up under the pocket-rocket’s hood.

We’ll get back on that as soon as we’ll have more intel on the smart fortwo Brabus, most likely as it will make a debut at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show scheduled to start next week.
