Subaru UK has announced the introduction of a new discount for its XV model range. With a £1,300 reduction already applied to the entry-level model in May, the Impreza-based crossover is now £2,300 cheaper over its entire range.
The Japanese automaker claims that the "mouth-watering" discount, which is available starting July 1, was possible due to recent exchange rate between the Pound Sterling and the Japanese Yen.
“Compared to rivals, the XV is one of the most robust and most economical cars available. We have taken the first opportunity to re-price the model given the changes to exchange rates and believe the price reduction now gives customers the greatest value for their money,” said Haydn Davies, marketing director of Subaru UK.
