Not often caught on public roads, a Bentley model has been cornered and shot by our spyphotographer, so that we are able to give you a glimpse into the facelifted Bentley Continental GT. Unfortunately, the Bentley was not as nice as to take off its chequered clothes off when asked, so you'll have to hurt your eyes when they fall upon the camo. A very neat, arranged camo we might asd, in the purest British style.
The car hidden under all those black and white squares is a face which is expected to be shown at the 2010 Paris Auto Show later this year. When it will be unveiled, the model will show the audience revised headlights, front bumper, and front fenders, all intended to give the car a more aggressive look.
The front end will be fitted with lowered seam, which will now reach the height of the headlights, while the side mirrors have been rounded for a cleaner look. The overall visual stance of the vehicle will not change.
For engines, the car is expected to make use of the iconic Bentley W12 unit, outputting 580 horsepower and 515 lb-ft of torque. The unit will be paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The GT will also have a Speed version, with an engine which will give it an output of some 650 horsepower.
As said, the new Continental GT will make its entrance at the Paris auto show, an event which autoevolution will be attending. Obviously, we will present you at that time with real life photos of the Conti GT.
