A few hours are left until humanity's most generous supernatural being reaches homes across the planet, filling socks or Christmas trees with gifts of all shapes and sizes.
This mythical creature that goes by the name of Santa Claus roams the skies above Earth onboard a red sleigh, powered by a bunch of reindeer. But what if he were to change transport? Would say a 2019 Ford Raptor fare any better than the centuries-old sleigh?

Why a Raptor and not something else? Because that what the guys over at Ford Parts on Sale wanted Spork Marketing to pit against Santa's sleigh.

Spork Marketing has been releasing all year long never-before-seen comparison charts, from how to stuff a Volkswagen Tiguan for Thanksgiving to the list of periodic table elements used in the manufacturing of cars.

So, what did they come up with this time? A drag race on paper between the said sleigh and the said Raptor.

As you can see above, there's literally no comparing the two, as Santa's ride wins by a long margin. Ford's 3.5-liters V6 EcoBoost is no match for the sleigh's Christmas cheer, as there's no comparing the gasoline powering the truck with the carrots and cookies feeding the reindeer.

The Raptor accelerates to 62 mph in 5.1 seconds, while the sleigh does it in less than a blink of an eye, at 1/32 of a millisecond. Also, the Raptor's 108 mph top speed is like standing still compared to the 2.3 million mph achieved by the sleigh.

All that performance does however come at a cost. Santa's sleigh is virtually priceless, not to mention there's only one that has ever been made. All mortals, however, can afford the $52.855 Raptor.

You can have a look at the entire comparison between the two vehicles in the photo attached above, or at this link.

In the meantime, Merry Christmas to all!
