Renault Twizy Gets Covered in 1,700 Macaroons

The Renault Twizy, which we recently tested in Monaco, is slowly gaining acceptance, as its (limited) utility is being discovered, appreciated and understood. However, nothing boosts a car’s popularity more than covering it in macaroons, which are a type of baked cookies, of various colours, with cream filling in-between two separate pieces.
So, a Twizy was covered in these macaroons, but to what means? Well, it was presented at the annual Salon du Chocolat, which took place at about the same time as the 2012 SEMA show, in Las Vegas. The funky-looking Twizy required a total of two days of work, as well as 1,700 macaroons, in order to get the job done, and the result speaks for itself, really - a Renault Twizy covered in macaroons!
