The Renault Captur is undoubtedly one of the most popular crossover models of the moment. It looks good and drives just like a Clio. However, even it needs special editions to sell well. Today, Renault France announced details about the Captur Hypnotic, and it’s a looker.
In our opinion, they should have called it the Cappuccino Edition. It’s this color that they used for several two-tone combination that can be seen both inside and outside. Everybody likes a good cup of cappuccino, right?

The Hypnotic Cappuccino Brown roof paint can be combined with Cendré Beige, Cassiopé Grey or Étoilé Black body colors. You can also have a cappuccino body with a black roof.

Furthermore, the 17-inch wheels with a diamond-effect cut have the inside of their spokes painted in the color mentioned above.

Even bigger changes have occurred on the inside of the crossover, where the fabric seats were replaced by smoked gray leather and Alcantara upholstery. For the dash, the French chose aCappuccino-tinted chrome trim.

The model also boasts a two-tone dashboard, with black on the top and brown on the bottom. The brown leather used for the seats is carried over to the all the armrests, and contrasting stitching helps it pop out. Cabin touches also include premium front and rear carpet mats with embroidered Hypnotic badging and front sill guards with the Renault logo.

Prices start at a hefty €21,200 in France, and all the current powertrain configurations are available. As part of the Techno Pack, the R-Link infotainment system is part of the standard equipment list.

On the occasion of this model’s launch, Renault announced that 44,000 Captur crossovers have been sold so far this year. This result places the French car company at the No.1 spot in the B-segment crossover market.

The Captur was launched at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show and is available with the 0.9 TCe and 1.2 TCe petrol engines plus two version of the 1.5 dCi.
