The 720S Spider is one of the hottest supercars of the moment, and as a result of the hype train, the aftermarket is much obliged to profit from it. Novitec came up with a full range of products for the British bruiser, starting with the 20- and 21-inch forged wheels developed by Vossen.
Different diameters emphasize the wedge shape of the 720S Spider, and the wheels are further stylized with center locks and 72 color options. Brushed or painted surfaces are also available, along with 255/30 and 325/25 Pirelli P Zero summer-only performance tires.

Lowering the ride by 30 millimeters with sport strings drops the center of gravity and improves handling, but Novitec doesn’t stop there. The N-Tronic auxiliary control unit is available in three flavors, and Performance Level 2 adds 86 PS and 108 Nm of torque to the twin-turbo V8 engine. To the point, 806 PS at 6,700 rpm and 878 Nm at 6,300 rpm.

2.7 seconds to 100 km/h (62 mph) is hugely impressive, and so is the 346 km/h (215 mph) rating for the top speed. The high-performance exhaust is “advisable for any McLaren 720S even without engine tuning,” packing 95-millimeter tailpipes available with a choice of polished or matte-black finishes. If you want to go all out with your tuning project, the Inconel exhaust option with sportier catalytic converters is the way to go.

Then comes the carbon fiber everything. The aerodynamic improvements include the front spoiler, blade, side flaps, headlamp inserts, N-Largo trunk lid, and forged carbon housings for the side mirrors. New covers for the air intakes on the sides promise to route the airflow “more precisely into the vents behind the two doors” of the 720S Spider.

Over at the rear of the vehicle, the wing increases aerodynamic downforce for better stability at high speeds. A rear spoiler lip is also available if you prefer a more understated look, but then again, why even bother? There’s nothing understated about McLaren or Novitec, don’t you agree?
