Of all the strange drag races we’ve seen, this one is quite unusual. It involves a Lada Samara (VAZ 2109), which races an older Nissan Skyline, and wins, surprisingly! No real details on this video, but it is shot from inside the Japanese car, and by the looks of it, the driver is really going for it.
And still, the Lada has no trouble getting past, in fact, it is done with relative ease. This is the nice part of owning a sleeper - you pull up alongside something much more expensive, and the other guy thinks you have no chance, yet after all he gets to see is the rear of your car, in a cloud of tire smoke, the expression on his face would definitely be worthy of a MasterCard commercial.
