With the monstrosities that Mansory usually makes, we had no idea that the new-gen Range Rover is not part of their portfolio. And it wasn't until recently, as the posh SUV just attracted the controversial tuner's attention, which has helped it tap into its brash side.
According to Mansory, their refinement program for the latest Range Rover comprises four individualization focal points: design, wheels, interior, and performance.
On the outside, it features a new apron attached to the stock bumper, which gets some add-ons of its own on each side of the lower grille. Sporting a vented design, the hood is new, and the fender flares at the front and rear contribute to the makeover. The door trim was revised, and the British brand's high-rider has fatter side skirts. The defining pieces at the rear are the new diffuser with integrated brake light and cutouts for the four tailpipes and the roof-mounted spoiler.
With the second focal point being the wheels, we have to mention these too. Mansory says they are part of their FD.15 series, measuring 10x24 inches at the front and rear. Said to "perfectly complement" the vehicle's "harmonious overall design," the alloys were wrapped in 295/30 tires and have a black finish, just like the upper parts of the tuned Range Rover's body. The add-ons have a visible carbon look, and for the lower parts of the body, the tuner went for a sandy theme, hence why it released some pictures of it in the desert, somewhere in the Middle East (probably Dubai).
As you can imagine, the cabin can be heavily personalized. Depending on what the customer wants, the tuner has a generous assortment of leather upholstery in different hues ready to be wrapped around the seats, door cards, center console, steering wheel, pillars, headliner, floors, and cargo area. Different carbon fiber inlays can join it alongside the steering wheel, which can sport a leather and carbon look. New floor mats are on deck, and so are the aluminum pedals and footrest. Furthermore, Mansory's logo can adorn different parts of the interior, including the seats, floor mats, seatbelts, steering wheel, and other components.
Last but not least, a power boost is also available. Here, Mansory mentions their PowerBox and a high-performance exhaust system for the P530 version of the SUV, which is normally good for 530 ps (523 hp/390 kW) and 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) of torque. With the upgrades up and running, the BMW-sourced 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 produces 620 ps (611 hp/456 kW) and 850 Nm (627 lb-ft). As a result, the 0-100 kph (0-62 mph) sprint was improved by a few tenths to 4.3 seconds, the tuner says. There's nothing about the pricing of these upgrades, so the only way to find out how much they cost is to get in touch with Mansory.
