MINI Cabrio in Spice Orange Stars in Josh Osho's Redemption Days

Rising UK talent Josh Osho is currently getting ready to launch its debut album called “L.I.F.E.”, and British auto brand MINI has received a special spot in the music video for his first single. Dubbed “Redemption Days”, the song features Ghostface Killah of Wu-Tang Klan. Joining South London’s freshest R&B crooner is the MINI Cabrio in Spice Orange, matching Osho’s varsity jacket.

The song is expected to be a hit, as it brings an interesting mix of hip hop-dubstep-soul-folk genres, while the music video shows the 19-year-old singer taking a transatlantic journey, from South London to NYC.

Osho is also featured in an assignation with original Wu Tang Clan member Ghostface Killah on an epic rooftop location. However, the Wu connection doesn’t end there: hip-hop fans will be glad to hear that RZA mixed the track and is also executive producer on the album. The
video was reportedly shot in Kennington and Brooklyn just over two days.

Getting back to the automotive-related product placement, the MINI Cabrio is highlighted in multiple frames of the video, offering us an invitation to feel summery. The clip gives us a pretty detailed look at the vehicle's interior, while also presenting the MINI Cabrio in its full glory, as Osho is leaving it behind to continue his journey on foot.

Meanwhile, MINI is preparing the new Coupe and Roadster models that were originally previewed in concept form at the 2009 Frankfurt auto show. The open-top two-seater prototype was already tested on the Nurburgring track, showing the MINI-specific kart-like maneuverability. Rumors have also pointed out the fact the upcoming MINI Roadster will use a manual folding roof.
