The king of pop might sadly not be with us anymore, but his memory lives on. Michael Jackson’s Twitter account just released the music video for the second single of posthumous album Xscape “A Place With No Name.” Directed by Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit” Samuel Bayer, the video shows two people dancing, a man driving a Jeep Wrangler and even some rare footage shot during production of his 1991 In the Closet video.
It’s not the first time Jeep Wrangler and Michael Jackson are put together. Last time we’ve listen to one of the late pop legend's tunes it was in Jeep’s new summer ad campaign featuring the Epic Records recently released song “Love Never Felt So Good.” This time however, we’re looking at something with no connection to any commercial what so ever.

Jackson’s “A Place With No Name” music video premiered worldwide exclusively on the late icon’s Twitter account last night, marking the first time the social media website ever hosted a entire music video. The clip was also played on an enormous screen in Times Square, New York. Directed by Samuel Bayer, the clip begins on a beach and then moves the scene into the desert. The black-and-white images slowly switch back and forth to color, as footage of a female dancer and a dancing MJ are interspersed.

Some footage taken behind-the-scenes shot 12 years ago for In The Closet are also shown. You can hear Michael singing “As I drove across on the highway/ My jeep began to rock,” and fans can see the dancer driving his Jeep through the desert.

It might seem a bit strange to have Michael Jackson in a new video, but you’ll have to admit the idea is pretty cool.
