Audi RS e-tron GT ice race edition. If you can remember all that interminably long name, you are good. If you can't, but you are interested in googling 'how to buy,' you can copy/paste it. And you might be. Only 99 such cars will be built.
The all-new Audi RS e-tron GT ice race edition is spelled like that, without capital letters for more than half of the designation because this is what Audi does for model names, trim names, equipment names.

The oh-such-a-long name Audi RS e-tron GT ice race edition is the brand’s manner of celebrating the 40th anniversary of Audi Sport, converted into what it is today from the former quattro division (no capital letters here either!). Imagine how that name would have looked if Audi used Gran Turismo instead of GT.

The special edition found inspiration in the GP Ice Race in Zell am See, Austria, the competition which started in 1952 and was revived in 2019. The carmaker claims that the color tones of the world of snow are reflected on the outer skin of the body. The car is painted in Florett silver metallic, and there is a black carbon roof made of (carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) with a striking foil wrap, and Audi says that it appears "magical at first sight."

The silver and white are a representation of the sparkling snow crystals and ice lakes, while the purple is a reference to the shimmering ski goggles. Meanwhile, the accentuations and transparent patterns reproduce the winter landscapes in the mountains. The car rides on 21-inch rims in black.

There is the same color scheme on board the RS e-tron GT ice race edition, but there are no photos from on board the car. The seat center panels, should arches, and side bolsters are in diamond silver leather. The color division may lead you to believe that there are only four seats, but we are actually dealing with a five-seater

The four-ring logo is now in white instead of sporting the usual chrome or black finish. There are black leather sections and contrasting purple stitching, a color combo making up an exclusive cabin.

The Audi engineers thought of everything and came up with a customized background on the bespoke MMI display. Owners will be able to see the unique serial number of the model they bought. Furthermore, the ambient lightning goes purple when the driver selects the mountain motif.

Previewed by the Audi RS e-tron GT ice race concept car and inspired by the Mankei, an alpine pasture on the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, the special edition is now ready for order in Europe. Audi will only build 99 units. This new version is based on the 590-horsepower (598 PS) e-tron GT, which goes from 0 to 60 mph in 3.1 seconds. The battery pack stores enough energy for 232 miles before the car needs to be plugged in again.
