It was love at first sight. Mr. Brad Pfitzner sent the downpayment for the car the minute he laid eyes on her. The model he saw was not even completed at the time. Months later, he landed in Biloxi, Mississippi, to get his restomodded 1970 Chevy Chevelle SS. The team brought it to the runway, where his private plane landed. Then and there, they found one more customer.
Brad Pfitzner is the president and CEO of a physical therapy company. He tells of how he dreamed about owning a muscle car when he was in college but could not afford one. Now, he's got a whole collection of them.

A Dodge Demon tuned by Hennessey, sporting 1,000 horsepower, a rare Dodge Viper, which is 1 of only 33, a couple of Bentleys, a couple of Ferraris, some Jeeps, and a Hummer H1 made their way to his garage. However, he says that if he had to choose the last car he would drive, it would definitely be the 1970 Chevy Chevelle restomod.

Brad had never seen a finished version of the car before he ordered one. So, face to face with the restomodded Chevelle SS on the delivery day, he was happy to see that the color he requested was the exact same thing that he had on his mind and went, "Oh, my God!" as soon as the hood was popped open.

Brad is a multiple-time customer. One of the cars they built for him was one of the Bandits from the edition they worked on with Burt Reynolds as a tribute to the "Smokey and the Bandit" action comedy film from 1977.

In 2019, Brad commissioned Trans Am Worldwide to build him a motorcycle to match his Bandit. The team did three of them. One of them is in the company owner's garage.

The 2024 70/SS Chevelle Convertible is one retro-looking car with futuristic features. For instance, in order to click the door open, you have to touch the button underneath the driver's side mirror.

The cabin is wrapped in beige leather, ordered all the way from Italy to resemble the one he has in his Ferrari, now making a nice contrast with the dark blue exterior. It is a color that the firm named Big Brad Blue after the owner of the car. When the engine roars to life, everyone becomes quiet.

The car rides on silver 20-inch wheels with red brake calipers, matching the "454" numbers on the fender, which indicate the engine capacity.

The restmodded 1970 Chevy Chevelle SS is powered by a 454-cubic inch (7.4-liter) engine, which now pumps out 1,500 horsepower, steered to the rear wheels.

While Brad was admiring his brand-new restomod, a gentleman got out of another plane and walked straight to the restomod, asking the team if they had another one for sale. He ordered one that day. He would have to wait a year and a half to get his hands on the car.

Others who see it cruising along the beach say they'll put it on their Christmas list. They laugh in disbelief when they hear about how much power it makes, and the team members have to repeat "1, 5, 0, 0" to make sure the onlookers got the numbers right. However, if they really want one, they will have to hurry. Only 25 such models will see the light of day.
