While he’s not playing for FC Barcelona, Lionel Messi likes to indulge in his passion for cars. The footballer has been spotted in various cars, including a white Audi R8 and an equally white Audi Q7.
Keeping with the white theme, Messi’s latest car is a brand new Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale. The Argentinian has thus show he has decent taste in cars.
The stradale is a tweaked version of the GranTurismo coupe, capable of delivering 450 hp to the keenest of drivers, together with 510 Nm of torque (376 lb-ft).
Thanks to this and a dramatic weight saving, the Stradale will do 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) 4.6 and reach a top speed of 301 km/h (187 mph). Let’s hope the car doesn’t get him into trouble!
