I don’t want to be misogynist over this but truth is that a vast majority of the women drivers have absolutely no clue about how their cars work and why they need servicing from time to time.
That’s why Lexus of Las Vegas organized several “Ladies Night Out” events to teach them about the technology in their vehicles as well as to give them some servicing tips.
Around thirty women attended the first meeting, where they were thought how to repair brakes, change the oil and other important maintenance tips, like the differences between dirty oil and other dirty vehicle fluids, new and worn out brake pads as well as new and old brake rotors.
“This was an opportunity for Lexus ladies to get to know other women who own Lexus vehicles,” said Alicia Irwin, sales and leasing consultant. “The event also helped educate our female customers about simple maintenance requirements and to make them feel more comfortable around their vehicles. When our customers understand the latest technology Lexus has to offer, ownership of their vehicles is much more satisfying. This event also gives our dealership an opportunity to build a deeper relationship with our customers.”
