Scandinavian style continues to be the most popular choice when it comes to tiny home interiors, and designs like the new Mobi Individual Lemon turn it into art. Add a versatile configuration with a built-in home office, and you have the perfect abode for a modern couple or a small family.
Mobi Individual Lemon, one of the latest designs introduced by one of the most popular European tiny house builders, Mobi House, showcases the perfect balance between form and function.

Its impeccable style, a fresh take on the Scandinavian aesthetics, would please anyone who appreciates elegance and sophistication to the smallest details. On the other hand, the practical layout with two loft bedrooms, a large living room, and a multi-purpose built-in office is sure to delight those who favor functionality.

This beautiful mobile home is as fresh and vibrant as its name. It comes on an 8.4 meters (27.5 feet) trailer from the reputable MH Trailers brand, sporting a light-colored exterior with huge windows. The cubic shape was best suited for a balanced configuration with two loft rooms. The Nordic-style aesthetic is apparent from the start – Mobi Individual Lemon shows off a beautiful Scandinavian spruce façade with the boards laid vertically.

Inside, the Lemon tiny is just as bright and tranquil. The classic combination of bright white and natural wood creates the familiar, warm, and clean atmosphere associated with this particular interior style. A clever use of black accents adds an interesting touch and a more contemporary look.

All of the finishing elements, such as the lamps, fixtures, and even light switches, are black. All the windows and doors boast black-colored frames. The result is a clean, minimalistic style with a sophisticated touch.

The home's center is dominated by a massive split staircase that connects the loft rooms with each other and with the main floor. This layout with a central staircase is particularly well-balanced. Instead of entering straight into the living room or the kitchen, anyone who walks through the door is greeted by a tiny lounge area, which adds a bit of privacy to the other rooms on the main floor.

Thanks to this type of ladder, future owners get ample storage without disturbing the overall uncluttered, clean effect. Unlike tiny steps, these large built-in cabinets and even closets provide effective storage for year-round living. There's even a large pantry for the kitchen. A big vertical window in the middle and the handrails with LED lighting have both a functional and a decorative role.

It's clear to see that this symmetrical layout, where the front area of the house isn't cluttered with unnecessary furniture, makes the entire dwelling look much more luminous and spacious. One end of the house is entirely dedicated to the lounge room, which becomes a true sanctuary for entertaining guests or spending time with the family.

The oversized windows almost seem like doors, bringing the outdoors in and flooding the room with natural light. The Mobi House team added a custom-made wooden coffee table and an oversized boho-style hanging lamp.

At the other end of the house, customers will find a compact kitchen and a bathroom separated by a rustic-style barn door. The exquisite woodwork in the kitchen immediately draws attention – a large, sturdy countertop, plus multiple drawers and cabinets, including overhead ones.

The countertop was also designed to be extra-long so that its extension could be used as a breakfast bar without taking up additional space. Although small for a house this size, the kitchen integrates all the basic appliances, including an electric fridge, a dishwasher, a hood, and a washer-dryer combo.

A built-in desk with an overhead open shelf is neatly tucked away in the same area. Partially hidden by the large pantry, it gets enough privacy, while the window in front of it adds natural light and a great view. It comes with an Internet connection, USB ports, and a cable setup. If you're wondering where the chair is, you need to look closer at the ceiling – there are two folding chairs discretely tucked away there so that they don't take any extra space unless someone is using them.

This tiny home office nook is a welcomed addition for people who work from home or who want to blend work and travel. Plus, it's versatile enough to be used for other purposes as well, not necessarily work.

One of the loft rooms comes with a mattress frame for a large bed, while the other one is furniture-free so that future owners can decorate it as they wish, either as a second bedroom, a playroom, or a simple storage room. A beautiful open-work wooden handrail doubles as a protection wall for the main bedroom and is also highly decorative.

Even with just the basic furniture and appliances, the Mobi Individual Lemon house looks like a work of art that exudes Scandinavian-style bliss. It's luminous, bright, and airy without compromising functionality. Pricing is available upon request and depends heavily on the level of customization.
