As more and more people are recognizing the benefits of downsizing and living tiny, compact home builders are perfecting their skills in using space wisely in order to craft comfortable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing abodes that allow homeowners to live a fulfilling life while focusing on what matters the most: human connections and life experiences.
Built for the everyday traveler, the Legacy tiny home from Tiny Heirloom is the perfect design for those who want to live with less and strongly believe that true wealth comes from traveling the world and creating memories.

Oregon-based Tiny Heirloom is one of the leading tiny home manufacturers in the US, renowned for their ingenious designs that show there are no limits to what creativity and exceptional craftmanship can accomplish. The team specializes in building custom tiny homes, but they also have a Signature Series line that comprises customizable tiny homes of all shapes, sizes, and styles.

Legacy is the latest addition to this specific line and is a reinterpretation of an older, best-selling model called Vantage. The minimalist 24-foot-long tiny house on wheels is designed for travel-loving individuals and features an open, single-floor layout with sleeping space for up to four people.

This brand-new model stands out through its simplistic and clean design, with extensive glazing throughout that offers dwellers incredible views wherever their travels take them. Moreover, the home has an incredibly lightweight structure, coming in at just under 10,000 pounds, which makes it a perfect choice for those who plan on hitting the road very often.

The company offers the Legacy model in three different styles - Farmhouse, Modern, and Craftsman - to provide future owners with more options when designing the tiny home of their dreams.

The exterior of this particular build is modern, finished in dual-tone engineered wood lap siding with black-trimmed vinyl windows and a modern full-light entrance door. The interior, meanwhile, is all bright with white walls and a neutral color palette. The oversized windows throughout the house maximize natural light, which is key to creating a sense of spaciousness.

The single-level layout includes a beautiful kitchen, a cozy living area, a bathroom, and a sleeping space at the back of the house. Having everything you need on one floor is very convenient for many as it eliminates the need for a staircase or ladder and thus frees up more space. It is the perfect layout for those who don't like loft bedrooms and favor ease of mobility.

Once you step inside, you will immediately notice the unbroken flow of this tiny home. We all know cramped spaces can quickly feel claustrophobic. In order to avoid that, the team at Tiny Heirloom made sure to arrange the space in a way that allows for easy passage and minimizes visual clutter.

However, the living room and bedroom seem to intertwine in this design, which might be inconvenient for some people due to the lack of privacy. But considering the original purpose of this tiny house design was to be a short-term rental, the lack of dividing walls makes sense.

The living area is spacious enough to fit a convertible couch and even a table for dining. An electric fireplace surrounded by custom tiles in a beautiful black and white pattern ensures your fall evenings will feel warm and cozy, while a wall-mounted television will take care of entertainment.

The bed at the back of the house is huge and looks incredibly comfortable. It has a patterned wood headboard and is framed by two panoramic windows that will give dwellers the sensation they are sleeping in the middle of nature.

The kitchen inside Legacy is compact but stylish and functional. It features custom green cabinetry with white countertops and some floating wooden shelves. A sink, an oven, and a fridge ensure its functionality. Since there is no integrated cooktop, owners will have to come up with alternative solutions, such as electric stoves or portable induction cooktops.

Finally, the bathroom hides behind a discreet pocket door and has tile flooring matching the one around the fireplace. It is fitted with a vanity with sink and a large mirror, a glass-enclosed shower, a toilet, and some floating shelves to keep your toiletries organized.

As you've probably noticed if you already browsed the photo gallery, there aren't many storage solutions inside this home, but since it was initially intended as a short-term rental, additional storage wasn't high on their list of priorities. There is storage space underneath the bed, though, plus a closet next to the front door where owners can keep shoes, outdoor clothes, and other things.

Tiny Heirloom hasn't revealed the price for this amazing tiny home on wheels, but according to their website, the base price for the Legacy model starts at $78,900 USD. However, this particular build comes with plenty of customized upgrades, so the final cost is surely higher.
