Lowering the ground clearance of any crossover or SUV is tricky, as you'll often end up with a hatchback or wagon-looking ride. The same goes for this Lamborghini Urus, and while it may sound like we hate it, we don't. After all, it has grown more muscles in all the right places.
Looking ready for summer in the northern hemisphere, this Italian super crossover is celebrating its 15 minutes of online fame courtesy of RDB LA. The company shared these images on social media recently, alongside a short caption that briefly mentions some of its modifications, and we think it deserves to shine under the World Wide Web's spotlight.

In addition to the flared wheel arches at the front and rear, this Lamborghini Urus sports more add-ons, especially at the front bumper. The hood is new and is a vented proposal, and the side skirts came from the aftermarket world. The mirror caps do not seem to have been tweaked. Out back, it has a new diffuser with more pronounced fins, different exhaust tips, a more prominent spoiler on the tailgate, and a large wing mounted on the roof.

While the widebody kit came from 1016 Industries' portfolio, the wheels were signed by RDB LA. They have a larger diameter than the stock ones and are wider. The alloys have a multi-spoke pattern and a silver look, contrasting the satin black wrap (unless it's a paint job) exterior look. The front brake calipers feature a red look for more contrast, and the rear ones are black. The Raging Bull's lettering still adorns them, and the Italian exotic car marque's logo bedecks the aftermarket wheels.

The cockpit is briefly visible by zooming in on some of the pictures. From what we can tell, it has a theme similar to the exterior, with black being the dominating color. We think this Lamborghini Urus sports a mix of leather and suede upholstery and probably the usual carbon fiber trim. If anything, the Italian flag motif might contrast the black look, or so we think, anyway. Feel free to contradict us by sharing a few images of the cockpit in the comments area below.

Now, while the non-electrified Uruses continue to be modified, Lamborghini is preparing to introduce the first-ever Urus PHEV. The model is due on April 24, during the Volkswagen Group Night, and it should pack a 4.0L V8 with electric assistance, perhaps the same one found on the Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid. The German model enjoys a total of 729 hp (739 ps/544 kW) and 700 pound-foot (949 Nm) of torque and uses a 25.9 kWh battery pack. Still, Lambo has probably made it a bit punchier to separate it from its German cousin.
