Rappers, celebrities from across the world, sportsman and oil tycoons – they all covet one car above all else, the Lamborghini Aventador. As a result of its undeniable appeal, the V12 supercar has found a lot of new homes over the past 2 years since it's gone on sale.
In that time, Lamborghini has managed to produce no less 2,000 units of the mighty Aventador, despite the production slowdown caused by the earthquake that hit Italy last year.
It took the Aventador's predecessor over twice as much time to match that number, as the 2,000th Murcielago only came out in five years.
Getting back to the Aventador. the landmark car you see in the photo above is finished in Nero Nemesis and is headed to its new home in the United States. Thaddeus Arroyo, Chief Intelligence Officer for AT&T is the lucky guy who could afford the car, and he bought it after an unforgettable encounter in Palm Beach.
