Looks like Photoshop work though 1 photo

The dedicated FT86Club forum (which should now change its name to the GT86Club) has a bit of a scoop on the production 2013 Subaru BRZ. From the upcoming issue of Road & Track magazine come a couple of photos showing what could be the actual car that will debut with at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show. We’re no convinced this isn’t the usual Photoshop chop job, but the fact of the matter is that it’s close enough to the real thing.
The UK-spec model will apparently have 200 brake horsepower and 151 lb-ft of torque going the limited slip differential at the back via a six-speed manual of optional six-speed automatic with paddle shifts. The base car will apparently be sold with 16-inch wheels, but bigger 17-inch ones will also be available. Interestingly, there’s also mention of a snow mode for the traction control.

autoevolution will be attending the 2011 Tokyo Auto Show, so stay tuned for some real up close and personal shots of the vehicles, as well as for first-hand details of the motorized contraptions presented at the event.
