Last month, Honda took to the World Wide Web to present the 2024 Ridgeline, and now they have brought the truck back to our attention by releasing the pricing details for the United States.
The family comprises four members. It kicks off from $39,750 for the Sport, with the RTL following it from $42,580. The all-new TrailSport trim level comes from $44,980, and the Black Edition tops them all and has an MSRP of $46,350. All prices exclude the $1,375 destination charge.

Deemed as "the most off-road capable Ridgeline ever," the TrailSport boasts off-road hardware. It comes with steel underbody protection, General Grabber all-terrain tires wrapped around the new 18-inch wheels, and an off-road-tuned suspension.

The Diffused Sky Blue paint finish is also new, and you get black exterior trim and a unique grille. This version of the pickup features special embroidery on the head restraints of the front seats, and the TrailSport logo can be seen on the rubber floor mats, too, whereas the orange contrast stitching on the door cards, seats, and steering wheel rounds off the makeover.

Honda says the new 7-inch digital gauge cluster is standard, alongside the 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system that features smartphone integration. All 2024 Ridgelines come with a new center console with an integrated armrest and room for a full-size tablet and an improved storage tray in front of the gear shifter, said to be able to accommodate two smartphones side by side.

Customers can spend more money on the options available, including the post-production HPD Package, which adds a unique grille treatment, 18-inch alloys wrapped in all-terrain tires, and black lug nuts. The HPD+ Package adds an oil pan protector.

Assisting drivers on their daily commutes is the Honda Sensing suite of tech systems that's standard across the 2024 Ridgeline lineup. It brings stuff such as the road departure mitigation, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, collision mitigation braking system, and forward collision warning.

No matter which version of the pickup you choose, all of them pack a 3.5-liter naturally aspirated V6. It develops 280 hp (284 ps/209 kW) and 262 lb-ft (355 Nm) of torque, channeled to the four-wheel drive system through a nine-speed gearbox. Honda says the fuel consumption is 18/24/21 US mpg (13.1/9.8/11.2 l/100 km) in city/highway/combined on the Sport, RTL, and Black Edition, whereas the new TrailSport returns 18/23/20 mpg (13.1/10.2/11.8 l/100 km).

The payload capacity of the 2024 Honda Ridgeline is 1,583 pounds (718 kg), and the pickup has a towing rating of up to 5,000 pounds (2,268 kg). Sharing many nuts and bolts with the Pilot and Passport, the second-gen comes to life at the Lincoln factory in Alabama, just like its successor, which also used to be made in Canada, and it has started arriving at dealers nationwide.
