Many car lovers try to seek the origin of the Mk V Toyota Supra's opinion splitter status. Sure, there are certain "noise makers" who simply play the it's-a-BMW card, but, moving past this, one simply needs to compare the 2020 Supra to the FT-1 concepts that previewed it to understand. As such, multiple digital artists have attempted to give the world their vision on how the new Supra should look and we are now here to discuss such a rendering.
After having laid eyes on tons of such pixel works, it's safe to say the one we have here stands out. However, before getting into the details of the virtual contraption, you should know this comes from Giulio Partisani, a designer who works for Honda.

And if the name of the pixel master, or the vehicle itself sounds familiar, it's probably because we've featured this in September last year. However, since the artist has introduced various light touches to the work and the polarizing label of the Japanese sportscar is still around, this updated creation is worthy of our undivided attention.

The most important aspect that sets this pixel play apart from the Toyota design comes from the visible Mk IV nods of the rendering.

And building on all the love the ex-gen Supra has earned (mostly thanks to its aftermarket reputation) isn't the only trick here. For one, this proposal seems more suitable to the go-fast genre, creating the impression of a wider and lower design, while also steering clear of the factory model's controversial nose.

Keep in mind that the said artist has also used the amazing Mazda RX-Vision concept as inspiration, with this being especially visible when it comes to the A-pillars.

Meanwhile, in the real world, more and more developers continue to come up with custom body kits for the Mk V Toyota Supra and you'll find a recent example in the third Instagram post below.
