We are talking about the Holden Commodore VE Retro, a machine created by Holden Dealer Team, a reincarnation of the aftermarket developer that had been created by Down Under motorsport hero Peter Brock.
The vehicle pays homage to the 1986 Holden Commodore VL Group A Plus Pack racer, the vehicle that represented the apple of discord which led to Brock and Holden parting ways.
You see, the racing driver, who sadly passes away in a motorsport accident back in 2006, was convinced that the Plus Pack Holdens had to be fitted with a device called Energy Polarizer that promised to use molecular realignment in order to boost performance, but never proved its efficiency.
