One thing that that Deadmau5 might love as much as electrifying beats is the giggles one gets when behind the wheel of a supercar. And the Canadian electronic music star has just grabbed a new go-fast machine, going for a McLaren 720S.
The 720 hp Macca (which might actually deliver even more horsepower than that) got displayed on the DJ's Instagram account, as you can see below.
The British automaker obviously didn't miss the chance to talk about Deadmau5's time inside the 650S replacement.
As some of you know, the producer loves to play the cosplay game when it comes to his cars (more on this below). And while it does seem like he went for a white example of the McLaren 720S, we're not expecting the contraption to keep its appearance for too long.
Truth be told, the 720S purchase is a move deadmau5 could've expected. And that's because the VIP sold his P1 back in the spring, with the over $1 million he received for the hypercar being invested into the Cube 2.1 stage design that went live at the end of March. Well, the star's Lots of Shows In a Row tour must've paid off...
We can't help but wonder what would've happened had Ferrari not determined the VIP to give up on the brand a few years ago. We'll remind you that deadmau5 enjoys gifting his go-fast machines with wacky wraps and Maranello wasn't pleased with the Nyan Cat theme the producer used for this 458. The Italians send the DJ a cease letter and, from that point on, Deadmau5 never bought a Prancing Horse again.
Following his Lamborghini adventure, which once again involved a Nyan Car second skin job, along with a Ferrari-trolling move, the producer acquired a McLaren 650S. The artist must've fallen in love with Woking machines, since the 720S, which starts at under $290,000, is the third Macca that lands in his garage.
P.S.: Keep in mind that Deadmau5 is currently waiting to take delivery of his 2017 Ford GT.
