Last year’s victory didn’t last long for Deadmau5. Even though he won the Spirit of Gumball driving his Nyan Cat Ferrari 458, the Italians at Maranello managed to ruin it for him. In fact, soon after they officially demanded him to lose the wrap he sold the car. This time, Zimmerman apparently learnt his lesson, considering he went with a milder look for 2015 Gumball 3000 rally.
As we already guessed, the McLaren P1 is Deadmau5’ weapon of choice for this year’s 3,000-mile rally that once again covers a transatlantic trail starting in Stockholm. We just stumbled upon an image of the artist’s McLarens, and it turns out he went for a poker look this time.
The McLaren 650S received a queen of hearts wrap while the P1 is covered in an ace of spades look. The point? Blackjack. Sure, winning the race has always been Joel’s main purpose, no matter how hard it will get. After all, that’s how he managed to get the prize last year.
But everybody knows getting 21 points on the player’s first two cards is quite difficult, as Blackjack itself is not the least often way to win at cards.
We’re not Dan Bilzerian to be able to tell you exactly how it works; we’re mere amateurs when it comes to playing cards. But a friend of mine, who happens to be a professional poker player, tells me that Blackjack won’t help you build up a career.
People will say thePurrari was a lot better than what Zimmerman went for this year, and we have nothing left but to agree with them.
