Genesis just revealed the Neolun and GV60 Magma Concepts to showcase the possible preview of a beautiful GV90 three-row flagship crossover SUV and the official birth of yet another performance sub-brand. But how about Kia and Hyundai?
The Genesis prototypes are both fine and dandy, but the bread and butter for the South Korean automaker comes from both Kia and Hyundai. No worries, they too have loads of novelties coming up, from the all-electric Hyundai Ioniq 7 to the Kia EV9 GT and from the refreshed 2025 Hyundai Tucson SUV and Santa Cruz compact pickup truck appearing at the 2024 New York Auto Show to the early debut of the quirky Kia K4 as Forte's fastback successor.

However, that is not all – not nearly. Instead, the rumor mill is adamant that a 2025 or 2026 second-generation Hyundai Palisade is coming, and given the impressive number of spied prototypes, its arrival might be just around the corner. The imaginative realm of digital car content creators is also on point, trying to imagine the flagship CUV and the latest illustrations, which hypothetically show a classy large SUV design with a bit of added elegance, something that some may think is sorely missing from the current model.

With all the discussion revolving around the next Hyundai Palisade, it may be the best time to mention its sibling – the equally popular and even better-selling Kia Telluride. If a new Palisade is just around the corner, then for sure, a fresh Kia Telluride won't be too far behind, or at least this is the vision shared by Vince Burlapp (aka vburlapp on social media or burlappcar.com), a prolific virtual artist who loves to dream of all the latest models across the wide-ranging automotive realm.

This is not the first time he has tried to envision the next Kia Telluride, and both times, his design projects come out as complete guesses – that's fine, actually, as we haven't seen any spy shots of the next Telluride yet from our spy photographer partners. However, maybe it's not the best idea to completely ignore every current Kia design trend and go for something original when the South Korean automaker is in the midst of realigning the styling to new values, as seen on the K4, Sorento CUV, or the Carnival MPV.

On the other hand, Kia is currently busy with fashioning the EV future based on the EV6 and the recently introduced EV9. So, perhaps they are not saying a word about the future Telluride because they want to come up with more EVs like the EV3 and EV4 before embarking on another ICE-powered presentation. Besides, the big crossover from Kia is so popular that anyone would understand that no corner office head honcho at the South Korean automaker is in any hurry to tell us anything about a second generation's arrival.
