In a recent press release, Ford Motor Company announced that it will increase its Kuga production to meet the increasing demand throughout Europe.
Families tend to choose SUVs lately instead going with the conventional estate cars. Over 8,000 orders have already been placed in the United Kingdom only.

“The new Kuga is a smarter SUV that offers a comprehensive array of technologies including the segment-first hands-free tailgate, and debuts Ford’s global intelligent all-wheel-drive system.” stated Roelant de Waard, Ford Europe’s Marketing, Sales and Service vice president.

“This significant production increase is a very promising start to an SUV rollout that is spearheaded by the new Kuga and leverages Ford’s historic leadership in SUVs in North America and other regions to bring to Europe the all-new EcoSport, and later the Ford Edge.”

The new Kuga was rated ahead of other five key competitors by the UK media this week.
