Luxury can be defined in many ways, but when it comes to dwellings, it’s mostly about the quality of the appliances and materials, as well as the overall design. A tiny house might look rustic and plain on the outside, but you won’t know how luxurious it truly is until you step inside.
At first glance, it seems like any other tiny house on wheels, although the glass doors with contrasting trims give it a fresh, bright look. But this new house in North Carolina claims to be both modern and luxurious, despite its size of only 22 feet (6.7 meters) and 210 square-foot (19.5 square meters) surface.
There’s a very interesting contrast between its modern appliances and the rustic-looking wood walls, with exposed beams made of reclaimed wood. The kitchen wouldn’t disappoint a chef, with its 2-burner infrared stovetop and conventional oven, glass-front refrigerator, matte black sink and gold sprayer faucet.
Tiny shelves also provide storage space without making the small kitchen feel too crowded.
The cozy living area in the center features an elegant sofa that’s not at all bulky, keeping things light. The elegant French doors allow more natural light inside and, when opened on the opposite side, create an open space that connects to the outdoors.
At the other end of the house, the tiny bathroom is as modern as it gets for such a small space. The handmade vanity with a ceramic bowl sink and a waterfall faucet is perfectly complemented by the matte black fixtures. The toilet is a composting one, but can be switched to a conventional one, according to the builder, Live Tiny NC.
A rustic ladder that’s perfectly integrated into the overall design leads to the loft bedroom, also with beautiful windows. The house is also fitted with full-size cabinets, LED lighting, and nightlights.
But beauty comes at a price – in this case, it’s $75,000. More details on this stylish tiny house are available at Tiny Home Builders.
