Yesterday marked the return of Rick and Morty, with the second half of season 5 landing after a hiatus that kicked off back in December. And we are now here to talk fan art related to this Adult Swim show, but you've already noticed this, thanks to the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat image we have here - can you think of a better car for the duo?
We're looking at a collection of renderings that place the two animation characters in various machines - since the show had made alternative realities appear natural, you can think of this as a pixel universe where R & M use the kind of go-fast monsters you find at your local car meet rather than relying (solely) on the Space Cruiser grandpa Rick built.

In fact, the shenanigan gets better: the list of characters isn't limited to the pair of headliners, while their vehicular choices also involve contraptions like the muscle monster that is the Pontiac GTO and. moving over to the JDM multiverse, the Toyobaru, the original Honda NSX and the Subaru WRX STI (given all the adventures, an AWD toy simply had to be on the list).

The one we can thank for this eye candy is Cezar Arvelo, a digital artist who also came up with animated scenes, as you'll notice in the social media posts at the bottom of the page.

Now, the show's official Twitter account has already released the titles of the future episodes. So while the one that landed yesterday is called Never Ricking Morty, the May 10 episode is Promortyus; the May 17 episode is The Vat of Acid Episode; the May 24 show is Childrick of Mort; and the May 31 (get ready for the season finale) is titled called Star Mort Rickturn of the Jerri.

If Cartoon Network (Adult Swim's parent channel) isn't on your list, you should know Rick and Morty episodes stream on Hulu Plus Live TB and, once HBO Max lands later this month, you'll also be able to find the show over there.
