Let's say you've recently added a Ferrari F12 Tour De France and a Bugatti Chiron to your collection - the two deliver entirely different driving experiences, so they can easily share a garage, but which one would you choose for your weekend drive? Well, this is a question that Cristiano Ronaldo must now answe, with September having seen both monster mentioned above landing in his hands.
While the soccer star took delivery of his Pranching Horse closer to the beginning of the month, he only showcased his Chiron on his Instagram page a few hours ago.

Trith be told, we expected the VIP to grab the 1,500 hp hypercar ever since February, when Ronaldo got behind the wheel of one, putting the W16 monster through its paces on the around the VW Group's Ehra-Lessien test track.

As it is the case with Ronaldo's F12 TDF, his Chiron comes with a tastefully restrained spec, both in terms of the exterior and the cabin.

So far, we've only seen the man driving the Bug around his mansion. Of course, his son, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. was riding shotgun in the hypercar. However, despite the driver barely touching the throttle, the exhaust soundtrack lets everybody know we're talking about a velocity monster.

We'll remind you that September is also the month that has seen the Veyron's successor setting a new 0-400-0 km/h (make that 0-249-0 mph) record. To be more precise, the hypercar needs just under 42 seconds to complete the said task.

As for getting from standstill to 400 km/h, given the Bug 32.6 seconds and it will leave this challenge behind.

Interestingly, while the Veyron did pull similar achievements for its time, the biggest change brought by the generation gap comes from the fact that the Chiron is much more talkative and easier to hoon - remember the time when Bugatti CEO Wolfgang Durheimer threw the 1,500 hp machine around the Green Hell?

As for how much Ronalod paid for the missile, the exact price obviously depends on the configuration (only 500 units are being built), but the "general" price tag of the Chrion sits at $3 million.
